You can contact us through whatsapp, e-mail or directly by sending the form from the web, where you can fill in the basic questionnaire so we can get an idea of the kind of trip you want.

At this point, the work of the Travel Advice begins.

In less than 24 hours we will contact you by e-mail.

Initial proposal

Once we have received the form, we will contact you to expand this information and be able to eleborate for you, a personalised travel proposal

Afterwards, we will send you an e-mail with the initial proposal.

If you agree with the proposal, you will have to pay our fees and we will send you the invoice.

Final proposal

Once payment has been received, within one to two weeks (depending on the number of days of the trip and the workload we have at that time), we will have the final proposal ready, completely personalised and according to the criteria we had agreed.

The proposal will include:

1) All the booking links so that you can book directly (means of transport,                      accommodation, transfers, visits, excursions and travel insurance).

2) Trip planning by days and personalised itinerary with map in digital format              and/or downloadable and printable PDF.

3)  Recommended excursions, with guide or on your own.

4)  Information about experiences, visits, museums and places of interest

5)  Recommendations of restaurants, bars and much more.

6)  Support service through whatsapp or e-mail during the trip.

Reservations will be made directly by you, in a simple way and through the links that I will indicate in the dossier, being able to control your budget.

The total budget of the trip will be approximate, as it will depend on when the reservations are made and the number of services booked.

If you need support to make the reservations, just contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Review

If after receiving the final proposal, you consider making any modifications, we will make the appropriate changes so that the trip is exactly as you wish.

Support

During the trip I will be at your disposal through whatsapp or e-mail (Monday to Friday: 10  to 14  / 16  to 19 h. and Saturday 10 to 14 h.), for any doubt or query you may have.

Evaluation of the service

At the end of the trip, we will contact you by e-mail to know the evaluation of the service provided, and we will be happy to listen to your comments and suggestions about it.

If it has been a positive experience for you, we will feel very satisfied, and as there is no better publicity than “word-of-mouth” advertising, We would be very grateful if you could refer us to whoever you consider.
